By agreeing to these terms, you take responsibility for your own actions. 4 Nudists Club/APAP Services Ltd., is not liable for your activities associated with the use of content or information found on this site. By joining 4 Nudists Club/APAP Services Ltd. and accessing the features of this site, you unconditionally accept all the terms of this Membership Agreement. 

Dues

Four day trial memberships are currently available for $4.95.  Should you elect to remain a member, you simply have to do nothing and your account will be re-billed at $24.95 per month.  Please be sure to cancel prior to the expiration of your re-billing cycle (4 days for Trial, 30 days for re-billed monthly) if that is your intention. (You will receive an e-mail cancellation notice if your  cancellation "took", under the e-mail that you used to sign up with.) Canceling within the time frame is YOUR Responsibility.  If you do not receive this cancellation confirmation e-mail within a few minutes you should then e-mail us directly for cancellation confirmation.  Should you elect to try to reverse a charge for reasons other then an obvious error (such as an accidental double joining), or Charge Back Directly through your bank after you have been re-billed, it is required that your name and CC be entered into a national Credit Card database  as having done one of the above.   This could affect your using of that card to join or make purchases on other internet sites in the future. Plus, and we WILL send an Invoice for the amount You Charged Back and sent to a Collection Agency if not satisfied which in turn could affect your credit rating. You can cancel anytime during your paid up cycle and you will still have access until your cycle is up. At the end of your cycle, the cancellation will automatically go into effect and you will NOT be charged again.

IF YOU ARE USING A CREDIT CARD FRAUDULENTLY, WE WILL TRACE YOUR UNIQUE COMPUTER IP ADDRESS, WHICH WE CAPTURE AS SOON AS YOU CLICK ON THE JOIN LINK, (ALL COMPUTERS HAVE A UNIQUE IP ADDRESS) AND HAVE YOU TURNED INTO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES NO MATTER WHAT COUNTRY YOU ARE FROM.  WE CAN NOT AND WILL NOT TOLERATE THIS BECAUSE IT NOT ONLY HURTS THE OWNER OF THAT CARD, BUT COULD CAUSE ALL HONEST USERS FROM THE SAME AREA TO LOSE CREDIT CARD ACCESS TO INTERNET WEBSITES.
